For all exchange or refund, you need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. 
You may contact us by email/ fax / telephone. 
We will liaise with you to provide a quick and happy solution.

We will exchange or refund on garments purchased if there is a manufacturing fault or if the size or style isn't right for you. 
Garments for exchange/ refund must be unworn and undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received with tags intact.
Delivery and handling charges on such returns are not refundable, however redelivery from us to you is free.

All details passed on to eshi,  whether personal or financial, will be treated with extreme privacy and confidentiality.
Under no circumstances will we pass on personal details of clients to third parties. 

Delivery / Shipping

We will happily deliver eshi  products anywhere in Australia or anywhere else in the world.

All orders will be sent within 3 business day of receiving your cleared payment regardless of destination.

Within Australia orders will be sent by express overnight post, unless the purchaser requests otherwise. 
Purchases may  be collected from our South Melbourne showroom by prior arrangement.

All overseas orders will be sent via airmail including postal insurance.
The cost of overseas postage is AUD $20 and delivery may take up to 21 days depending on your location.
Where relevant such purchases may attract import duty, so please make the due enqueries.

Fabric Care

The garments are made of Stretch Silk, Silk or Satin
To keep the garment looking good you should only hand wash gently in cool water with mild laundry detergent.
Dry away from direct sunlight and use a cool iron on a silk ssetting.  Do not tumble dry or maschine wash.
The garments may also be dry cleaned to prolong their prestine condition.
